01 / Project and brief

Packaging goes digital.

Wangpack connects a custom-designed packaging catalogue with the WooCommerce purchasing journey. Product pages need to communicate the offering and support the move into the cart. My contribution covers the frontend, cart functionality and technical work involved in moving from Tilda.

02 / Scope of my work

Scope of my work

Frontend, WooCommerce & technical SEO

  1. Frontend and product cards

  2. AJAX add-to-cart and mini-cart updates

  3. Shop integrations

  4. Redirects from legacy Tilda pages and technical SEO

03 / DEVELOPMENT

Technical implementation

AJAX supports product additions and mini-cart updates without reloading the whole page. This is more than presentation work: it connects product selection to the current cart state and keeps the purchasing interface responsive to the customer’s actions.

The migration includes redirects from old Tilda pages and technical SEO. Old and new URLs need to be considered together so a platform change accounts for existing entry points, rather than merely creating new pages. The case combines WooCommerce development, frontend implementation and migration work.
