Challenge

Bring enquiries from several WordPress websites and channels into one workflow.

Implementation

A custom plugin with REST endpoints, protected webhooks, Telegram manager topics, status synchronisation and a shared Cloudflare Worker connection.

Outcome

One intake for multiple channels

Forms, quizzes, Telegram, MAX, Gudok calls and REST integrations feed the CRM record. Gudok supplies the phone, region, status, duration and recording link. Selecting a messenger alone does not create a lead: the client must actually start the bot.

Clear ownership in the team

Each client gets a separate topic in the Telegram manager group. The first response or status change assigns an owner, and competing claims are prevented. Replies, status and ownership sync with WordPress. A restricted manager role has access only to the CRM.

Connections and reliability

One Worker supports multiple websites, groups and bots. New websites connect through plugin settings. Authenticated requests, retries for temporary failures and duplicate protection support reliable delivery. Yandex Metrica receives new, in_work, processed and bad_fit status events.

Current scope: text messages in Telegram and MAX. Sending photos and documents from manager topics to clients is not implemented yet.
