01 / Project and brief

One system. Multiple clients.

WireGuard Control Plane is a demonstration project with multiple clients and a shared backend. It connects a Node.js/Express API, an Electron desktop client and a native Android application written in Kotlin.

Backend, desktop & Android

  1. Express API and access roles

  2. Electron client and desktop packaging

  3. Native Kotlin Android client

  4. SSH provisioning and WireGuard control

03 / DEVELOPMENT

Technical implementation

The API and access roles form the shared management layer. Desktop packaging and the Android client are separate parts of the project, while SSH provisioning connects management operations to the WireGuard server.

The project uses existing VPN technology; it does not implement new cryptography or a new VPN protocol. This case describes a demo system, not an independently audited production security service. Its focus is coordination between backend, desktop and Android.
